Prezes Zarządu Rafinerii Gdańskiej Sp. z o.o. od 1 grudnia 2021 roku. Absolwent Politechniki Gdańskiej i Akademii Górniczo-Hutniczej w Krakowie, posiada tytułu MBA oraz certyfikat Project Management Professional (PMP). Od początku swojej kariery zawodowej (2006) związany z Grupą Kapitałową LOTOS. Odpowiadał m.in. za wdrożenie metodologii RBI w gdańskiej rafinerii oraz za zagospodarowanie złoża B8 w spółce LOTOS Petrobaltic. Kierował Projektem EFRA (CAPEX 540 mln EUR), którego kulminacją było uruchomienie i pomyślny test kompleksu koksowania. Pełnił funkcję członka Zarządu LOTOS Asfalt oraz dyrektora Biura Fuzji i Przejęć Grupy LOTOS. Łączy doświadczenie operacyjne z umiejętnością zarządzania strategicznego w warunkach dynamicznych zmian rynkowych.

Adrian Szkudlarski has served as President of the Management Board of Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o. since December 1, 2021. He is a graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology and AGH University of Kraków, holds an MBA degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Since the beginning of his career in 2006, he has been with the LOTOS Group. He was responsible for implementing the RBI methodology at the Gdańsk refinery and for the development of the B8 oil field at LOTOS Petrobaltic. He led the EFRA Project (CAPEX EUR 540 million), culminating in the launch and successful testing of the delayed coking unit. He served as a Management Board Member of LOTOS Asfalt and Director of the Mergers and Acquisitions Office at Grupa LOTOS. He combines operational expertise with strategic leadership skills in a rapidly evolving market environment.
