Dyrektor Departamentu Handlu i Współpracy Międzynarodowej w Ministerstwie Rozwoju i Technologii. Przewodniczący Komitetu Polityki Handlowej – Członkowie Pełnoprawni w ramach polskiej prezydencji w Radzie Unii Europejskiej. Członek zarządu Ośrodka Studiów Wschodnich.

W latach 2014–2017 pełnił funkcję doradcy w Parlamencie Europejskim w obszarze polityki zagranicznej i bezpieczeństwa energetycznego. Pracował również w Komisji Europejskiej oraz w think tanku Security & Defence Agenda.

Pan Siemaszko jest absolwentem Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego, Szkoły Głównej Handlowej oraz Kolegium Europejskiego w Brugii. Ukończył także programy dla kadry kierowniczej na Uniwersytecie Oksfordzkim (Blavatnik School of Government) oraz na Uniwersytecie Stanforda (Graduate School of Business).

Between 2014-2017 he served as advisor in European Parliament on foreign policy and energy security. He also worked for the European Commission and Security & Defence Agenda think-tank.

Mr. Siemaszko graduated from the University of Warsaw, Warsaw School of Economics and the College of Europe in Bruges. He also completed executive programmes at Oxford University Blavatnik School of Government and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
