Luca jest Dyrektorem Wykonawczym S&P Global w Londynie oraz szefem doradztwa dla branży chemicznej w Europie i Afryce. Wcześniej pełnił funkcję wiceprezesa, kierując obszarem M&A w Frost & Sullivan. Posiada ponad 28-letnie doświadczenie w branżach chemicznej i energetycznej, koncentrując się na strategii, zarówno na stanowiskach korporacyjnych w ENI i Shell, jak i jako konsultant ds. zarządzania w Arthur D. Little oraz Booz & Co / PwC. Luca pełni również rolę niezależnego doradcy w Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, Oxford University Business Plan Committee, PCC Joint Independent Audit Committee (Wielka Brytania). Uzyskał doktorat z chemii na Uniwersytecie Bolońskim oraz MBA w Cranfield.
