Posiada doświadczenie w tworzeniu strategii i transformacji organizacji, zarządzania projektami i ryzykiem, przez wiele lat związany z energetycznymi projektami.

Absolwent Politechniki Wrocławskiej, studiów MBA na Akademii Ekonomicznej we Wrocławiu, posiada również dyplom MBA Gdańskiej Fundacji Kształcenia Menadżerów. Ukończył także Stanford Business School oraz kurs Strategic Leadership Academy na ICAN Institute, organizowany przez Harvard Business Review.

W okresie 2018-2023 był Członkiem Zarządu CIECH S.A., odpowiedzialnym m.in. za kwestie związane z produkcją, energetyką i utrzymaniem ruchu.

Wcześniej pełnił funkcję prezesa m.in. Przedsiębiorstwa Budowy Kopalń S.A. w ramach Grupy KGHM, Polimex-Energetyka Sp. z o.o., Energa Elektrownie Ostrołęka S.A. i Energa Invest S.A., a także PGE Elektrownia Opole S.A.
