Posiada ponad dwudziestoletnie doświadczenie na stanowiskach menadżerskich w obszarze zarządzania, strategii, rozwoju i restrukturyzacji.

W latach 2016-2024 pełnił funkcję Dyrektora Sieci Badawczej Łukasiewicza - Instytutu Chemii Przemysłowej im. Prof. Ignacego Mościckiego w Warszawie, a w latach 2014–2016 - Dyrektora Departamentu Korporacyjnego Strategii i Rozwoju w Grupie Azoty S.A. W okresie 2009-2013 pracował na stanowisku Dyrektora Pionu Strategii i Rozwoju w Zakładach Azotowych „Puławy” S.A. Wcześniej był zatrudniony w Mennicy Państwowej S.A., Mennicy-Metale Szlachetne Sp. z o.o. oraz Endress + Hauser Polska Sp. z o.o.

Absolwent Wydziału Inżynierii Chemicznej i Procesowej Politechniki Warszawskiej,
na którym uzyskał następnie stopień doktora nauk technicznych. Ukończył również studia podyplomowe w Szkole Głównej Handlowej w Warszawie na kierunku Zarządzanie oraz program The Strategic Leadership Academy w ICAN Institute.

Wiceprzewodniczący Rady Izby Polskiej Izby Przemysłu Chemicznego, Członek Komitetu Inżynierii Chemicznej i Procesowej Polskiej Akademii Nauk, Przewodniczący Kolegium Doradców - Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz, Członek Rady Instytutu - Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Instytut Chemii Przemysłowej im. Prof. Ignacego Mościckiego.

He has over twenty years of experience in managerial positions in the area of management, strategy, development and restructuring.

From 2016 to 2024, he was the Director of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – the Prof. Ignacy Mościcki Institute of Industrial Chemistry in Warsaw, and from 2014 to 2016 – Director of the Corporate Strategy and Development Department at Grupa Azoty S.A. From 2009 to 2013, he was the Director of the Strategy and Development Division at Zakłady Azotowe Puławy S.A. Previously, he was employed at Mennica Państwowa S.A.,  Mennica-Metale Szlachetne Sp. z o.o. and Endress + Hauser Polska Sp. z o.o.

A graduate of the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology where he also obtained a PhD degree in technical sciences. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Management and The Strategic Leadership Academy programme at the ICAN Institute.

Vice-Chairman of the Council of the Chamber of the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry, Member of the Committee on Chemical and Process Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Chairman of the College of Advisors – Łukasiewicz Research Network, Member of the Council of the Institute – Łukasiewicz Research Network – the Prof. Ignacy Mościcki Institute of Industrial Chemistry.
