Od 28 lat związany z Grupą Synthos, gdzie odpowiada za zarządzanie jakością, środowiskiem, bezpieczeństwem procesowym oraz strategią zrównoważonego rozwoju. Lider transformacji w kierunku gospodarki cyrkularnej - odpowiedzialny m.in. za certyfikację wszystkich zakładów Synthos zgodnie ze standardem ISCC+ (Sustainability Certification for the Circular Economy). Nadzoruje realizację strategii „Evergreen”, której filarami są dekarbonizacja i redukcja śladu węglowego. Promuje podejście do zrównoważonego rozwoju jako szansy na wzrost konkurencyjności i tworzenie realnej wartości - zarówno dla biznesu, jak i środowiska. Inicjator programu edukacyjnego „Lekcje Chemii” - budującego świadomość ekologiczną wśród najmłodszych. Absolwent Akademii Górniczo-Hutniczej i Politechniki Krakowskiej (technologia chemiczna i polimery) oraz programu Executive MBA na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim.

For 28 years, he has been associated with the Synthos Group, where he is responsible for quality management, environmental protection, process safety, and sustainability strategy.

A leader in the transformation toward a circular economy – he is responsible, among other things, for the certification of all Synthos facilities in accordance with the ISCC+ standard (Sustainability Certification for the Circular Economy). He oversees the implementation of the “Evergreen” strategy, whose pillars are decarbonization and carbon footprint reduction.

He promotes the approach to sustainability as an opportunity to increase competitiveness and generate real value – both for business and the environment. He is the initiator of the educational program “Chemistry Lessons,” which raises ecological awareness among the youngest generation.

A graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology and Cracow University of Technology (chemical technology and polymers), as well as the Executive MBA program at the University of Warsaw.
